Usually the meat is then discard ed as it has no flavor out nutritional value. On the other hand, a place can boil meat to make stock, extracting all of the flavors into the stock. Making pulled pork is easy, I do it in a pressure cooker which results in flavorful meat, easy to flake, flavors included. Which probably explains why they have so many parking spots open, The sandwich, well that was disgusting. Silly Me, he never checked back, so there I was, no desired salad and a bowl of canned fruit salad, YUCK! Come On, just how difficult is it to make a fruit salad with fresh fruit? Obviously for this place it is too difficult. I really had wanted the tomato salad, so removed the fruit bowl from the plate, so as to make the correction when the Server checked back on my table. The Server got the order mostly correct, I received the correct (I think) sandwich with a fruit salad, OK "salad" it was. I ordered the Caribbean Pulled Pork sandwich, my choice of side being the tomato salad. I usually order "specials" as a retired Chef i appreciate that "Specials" are a way for Chefs to play, to showcase what they can do without the constraints of the formal menu. Come On, the place was dead, and there were a lot of Servers evident, I have no idea why my Server did not want to wait on me. After I ordered the beer eventually arrived, and then some time later the Server returned to take my order. The Server seemed to be upset that I was present, I asked for information about their Tap Beers and his response was essentially that I was bothering him, no suggestions or direction was provided. The good fortune was that I had my smart phone with the Kindle App, so was able to read three chapters on a Tom Clancy novel while I waited. After bing seated I waited a long, long, long time before someone approached my table. Note, I would have preferred to sit in the Bar, but was not given that option. I was insulted by this behavior as the place was almost empty, just three large groups sitting in the central section and a few people in the bar. I was dressed properly, but felt that I had been judged as not worthy to sit "at the big people's tables". I was led across the restaurant, and was sat at a place out of the way. Their was a person performing Jimmy Buffet songs, which was pleasant, later he moved into Beatles songs and even Johnny Cash. After a long delay one of them told me that the other would seat me. My reaction was that the place must have been closed for a private party. I told them that I was looking to dine with them, their reaction was that of surprise, unsure of what to do next. Obviously they had an important story to discuss. I walked in and was eventually greeted by the two young ladies who were seated at a desk at the entrance. They have a lot of outside dining tables surrounding the highway side of the building and curling around to the north. I was just looking for a bite to eat, so decided to check it out. Next door is Smokey Bones, their lot had no available parking spaces, this place had a lot of empty parking spaces. Stopped in a bit after 7 PM on a Saturday Night. I just wish there was one in the central NH area! It was a big bowl and yummy! I have found a new favorite I the Nashua area. My daughter got the bow tie mac and cheese. It was stacked high with onion strings and melted cheese. The combination of crunchy and sweet was so delicious! My husband got the BBQ bacon and cheese burger. The flour tortillas came filled with crispy coconut shrimp, tomato salsa, Sriracha aioli, pineapple chutney, cabbage and jicama slaw. The lunch portion comes with two stuffed tacos and a small bowl of soup. OMG the tacos were delicious! The flavor combination was so good! Honestly I could have probably eaten 5 or more.ok let's be real more like 10. All of the drinks looked sooooo good! There were lunch specials at very reasonable prices! I got the coconut shrimp tacos with the chicken tortilla soup. It would be fun to get a couple of the flights with friends to try many different ones. I liked how you get a sample of the three so you can try some before you get a larger one. The only one I couldn't drink was the Goombay Smash, I just didn't care for the flavor. Let me tell you after 2 or 3 of those flights this mama would be hooching and hollering for sure! I loved the Bahama Mama.so good! The Bahamian Sunset was also very good. The drink menu was awesome! There were way to many to choose from so I got a flight of 3 rum drinks called Mama's Hooch and Holler. They had the most beautiful purple poinsettias for the holidays. I'm pretty sure we will be making this a tradition from now on. We decided to stop at Bahama Breeze after passing by it on our way to the mall area.
